Big loop wrought iron single candle stand

This candle holder was designed to be over size, it was taken from a commonly used design from the 1700's when it was common for people to carry a candle around the house.

The loop is about 5.5" that runs over the top of the upright and ends with a fiddlehead or fluted scroll the cup is attached with a rivet. It has a three foot stance, this prevents it from wobbling on uneven surfaces.

The entire piece has been forged and textured with a heavy hammer texture, and wire wheeled to a beautiful wrought iron patina.

It stands 17.5" tall x 14.5" wide x 7" wide
